Deposits, Refunds and Pro-rated Rent

Deposits, Refunds, and Pro-Rated Rent policies are stipulated in your Harrisonville Mini Storage Rental Agreement. In general:

A lease commences on the beginning lease date and terminates on the last day of the current month. The rent for this rental period is prorated. After the initial rental period, the lease will be automatically renewed for one (1) month rental periods.

No refunds are made following move-in.

If the monthly rent is not paid on or before the 10th day of each month that the lease is in effect, you will be considered to be in default.

The administration fee at the beginning of the new rental period for the storage unit includes the lock.

Late payment charges, lien charges, cut lock fees and other special fees are in accordance with your specific rental agreement.
